Covid Monitoring Cell

In Compliance with the directives of Ministry of Health and the Government of Kerala to control the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, Our College has set up a”Covid Monitoring Cell’ with an aim to prevent the Spread of infections in our Campus. The Cell was constituted under the Convenorship of principal with the members of teaching faculty, Local governing body and medical professionals. In the view of ensuring a Corona free Campus, the cell has adopted the following activities:

Activities of Covid Monitoring Cell

The Covid-19 Cell was established with a view to prevent Covid-19 within the Campus.

• Wearing of facemask, adequate usage of hand sanitizer and maintenance of social distancing were insisted and monitored by the cell.
• The sanitizer prepared in the college were distributed to all the Departments, Laboratories, Classrooms and in all the common areas namely Library, Canteen,
• Soap oil was also distributed within the campus.
• Teaching, Non-Teaching and students were monitored at the Entry points for thermal scanning and hand sanitization.
• Face masks were also kept available for those who are in need of it.
• The Entire Campus was sanitized at frequent intervals.
• Frequent reminding on the prevention of Covid-19 is done through a common announcement
• Limiting the entry to those who have been legally permitted at the college.
